Apa itu Pelayanan Pengujian Mutu?
UPTD. PPMHP menyediakan layanan pengujian mutu untuk memastikan keamanan dan kualitas produk perikanan sesuai standar nasional dan internasional. Pengujian mencakup berbagai parameter, seperti kimia (formalin, histamin, logam berat, kadar air, kadar abu, TMA-N, TVB-N), fisik (organoleptik, bobot tuntas, parasit, kepekatan saus tomat, suhu pusat), dan mikrobiologi (Total Plate Count/TPC, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Vibrio spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococci). Hasil pengujian disajikan dalam laporan resmi yang dapat digunakan untuk memastikan keamanan pangan dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, silakan menghubungi UPTD. PPMHP.
